A relaxing vacation. The public area is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are standard but the view is outstanding. Good for taking walks or trips to Ronda and the white villages
Don't take hotel's dinner. Its better to go to the neighboring village. Wireless Internet free but too much hassle and Internet from lobby computer - very expensive

Stayed here several times, breakfasts superb with plenty of choice. Wonderful location with stunning mountain views. Only five minutes drive to Grazalema village where a good range of authentic bars & restaurants can be found.
As Fuerte have a policy of "children go free" don't expect the pool area to be peaceful, however overall this does not detract from the beauty of the location and is definitely worth a visit if you want to experience the real Spain.

Consider bringing your own snacks, as the dining area can get quite hectic during meal times.

I liked the room with a balcony overlooking the mountains a spectacular view to the village of grazelema. Variety of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone.
There were very small beds in our room.

Location was excellent, wonderful views.
There was a donkey pen and dog kennels, caged birds, pot bellied pig and fowl in an area beside the hotel that seemed in need of attention. The general upkeep was not to a standard expected from a 4 star establishment.

Great location, beautiful pool, perfect for families and especially young children. We stayed on the ground floor with a lovely tile terrace (larger than the upper floors). Room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Our six-year old child enjoyed the pool, hot tub and small farm animal area (donkey, sheep, goats, pigs, etc.) There is also a footpath to the village of Grazalema and other paths that leave from the hotel. I would highly recommend for families, but not for singles or couples looking for a romantic weekend (stay in Grazalema).
Additional charges for everything, including game room. Charging for access to ping-pong paddles seems a bit ridiculous. Also, the drinks were expensive and quality of food for dinner and breakfast buffets was not very good. Next time we'll eat in Grazalema.

Great location, with magnificent views of Grazalema and surrounding cliffs, mountains and valley. Great pool.
Upon arrival the person at the reception took forever to finish her phone call before helping us. The door to the bathroom did not function properly; the door opened only after several attempts. The beds make a lot of noise when you (or your partner) shift and turn during the night which does not make for a good night's sleep. This is an affordable and rather large family hotel, which inevitably means screaming and crying children. It isn't terrible, but if you want a more quiet stay opt for a more expensive, smaller hotel.

Stunning and amazing location in the middle of the city, bars and restaurants were near the hotel. The really excellent staff was much appreciated. Not really worth mentioning, even so problem was solved quickly. The restaurant was fantastic with buffet here, I had excellent dishes.
Nothing to fault.

great views and easy access to nearby hiking trails
I loved the amazing view from my room that overlooked the valley, and it was just a short drive to reach beautiful hiking trails like Sendero Puerto de las Presillas and Mirador Puerto del Boyar, perfect for someone who enjoys exploring the outdoors. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast that fueled my city strolls and landmark visits.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful and the rooms very clean. Previous comments regarding the evening buffet we thought were unfounded and the breakfast was very good with a wide choice.
We thought that in view of the fact there were no cafe facilities that the evening buffet could be served before 8.00pm

Fantastic location. Great for famlies with 1 small child. Excellent breakfast. Good rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Outstanding value for money. Would strongly recommend - we booked one night and stayed 2.
Nothing. But note you are about 5 kms from Grazalema so do take the opportunity for a drink / tapas in the village before returning to the Hotel. A car is essential.
